Webrica Inc. (“we”) handles personal information in the ZENIN service (the “Service”) as set out below.

1. What we collect

• Purchaser information: email address. We never receive or store card numbers; those are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc.
• Participant submissions: the words and opinions posted in the room. Participants do not register a name or email, and we do not obtain information identifying them.
• A device identifier: a random value stored in the participant's browser, used only to limit repeated abuse. It does not identify a person.
• Access information: access times, browser type and similar.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Service and grant access to the admin screen
• To contact you about your purchase and issue receipts
• To screen submissions for inappropriate content and display the results
• To prevent misuse and improve the Service
• To comply with applicable law

3. Third parties we send data to

We use the following providers to operate the Service and transmit information to them as necessary.

• Stripe, Inc. (payments): email address, payment details
• Supabase, Inc. (database): purchaser information, submissions
• Anthropic, PBC (AI moderation): the words submitted
• Resend, Inc. (email delivery): email address
• Google LLC (Google Analytics): access information; no personally identifying data is sent

Except as required by law, we do not otherwise provide personal information to third parties without consent.

4. Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in to the admin screen, and Google Analytics for usage statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the admin screen will not work without them.

5. Retention

Purchase records are kept for the period required by law. Submission data is deleted on request, or when it is no longer needed to provide the Service.

6. Security

We encrypt data in transit, restrict access rights and take other measures necessary and appropriate to prevent leakage, loss or damage.

7. Access, correction and deletion

To request disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of your personal information, contact us below. We will verify your identity and respond without undue delay as required by law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Updates apply from the time they are posted on this page.
