Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ZENIN (the “Service”), operated by Webrica Inc. (“we”). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service collects posts submitted from participants' phones during training sessions, seminars and events, and aggregates and displays them in real time. The organiser (“you”) sets the question, approves posts and projects the display screen from the admin screen.

2. Usage days and validity

• Each purchase grants 7 days of use. These are not 7 consecutive days.
• You designate each usage day from the admin screen. A designated day runs from 00:00 to 23:59 in the time zone set on your account.
• A day scheduled for tomorrow or later can be cancelled up to the day before, and the day returns to your balance. Today's and past days cannot be cancelled.
• Days expire 90 days after purchase. Expired days are not refunded.
• Writing questions, generating QR codes and setting a logo are available on any day, not only usage days.

3. Account access

Access to the admin screen is granted through a link sent to the email address used at purchase. Anyone holding that link can operate your admin screen, so you are responsible for keeping it safe. We are not liable for loss arising from disclosure or forwarding of that link.

4. Regions we do not serve

We do not currently offer the Service to customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom. Purchases made from those regions are refunded in full and no usage days are granted.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Anything unlawful or contrary to public order
• Infringing our rights or those of a third party
• Interfering with the Service or placing undue load on our servers
• Copying, modifying, reselling or redistributing the Service
• Providing your access link to third parties outside your control

6. Participant submissions

• Submissions are screened by AI for inappropriate content. That screening is not guaranteed to be complete; the final decision on what is displayed, and the running of the room, remain your responsibility.
• You will inform participants in advance that their submissions are displayed on screen and stored on our servers.
• You can export submission data as CSV. We process it only as needed to provide and improve the Service.

7. Children

• The Service is designed for organisers running training sessions, seminars and events. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in the participant's country).
• If participants under 13 may take part, for example in a school class, you must obtain any consent required by applicable law (such as the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) from the school or a parent or guardian before use, and must not ask those participants to enter their name, email address or other personal information.
• If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information without such consent, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

8. Changes and interruptions

We may change or suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, faults, natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to announce planned maintenance in advance.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

• We do not warrant that the Service is fit for your particular purpose, or that it will be free of interruption or error.
• Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the purchase that gave rise to the loss.

10. Refunds

Because this is a digital service, we cannot refund at your convenience after payment. If the Service was not properly provided due to a cause attributable to us, contact us and we will handle it individually.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect when posted on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute arising from the Service.
